Funding
Our services are always provided at no cost to our guests, but they are never without expense. Each day is made possible through the generosity of our community—approximately $375 per day, or $11,250 per month, for each guest we serve.
As you can imagine, raising the funds needed to establish and sustain a fully staffed home has been a significant undertaking.
To date, we have identified that a minimum of $160,000 is needed to secure a home, representing the first of three phases in our capital campaign.
Our plan is to open our doors by the end of 2026.
We hope you will consider making a gift today. Your support will allow us to begin serving guests sooner, and will also demonstrate to our community both the urgent need for this type of care and the long-term sustainability of the model.
Together, we can provide dignity, comfort, and peace to those at the end of life—and to the families who walk alongside them.
With your support, we are closer than ever to opening our doors.
Thank you for helping make this vision a reality!
Volunteer
Volunteering is at the heart of Villa Teresa and reflects generosity in all its forms. We cannot serve our guests without the gifts of your time, talent, and treasure.
As we continue building toward opening our doors, there are many ways to get involved. We are currently seeking support for our Boots, Bangles, and Bids event, including committee members and event-day volunteers. We also welcome those interested in ongoing committee work or serving at the Board of Directors level.
Looking ahead, we will need volunteers across every facet of caregiving and running a home—from direct guest support to helping create a warm, welcoming environment.
Until then, your support through word-of-mouth and social media is invaluable in helping us grow awareness in our community.
If you feel called to be part of this mission, we would love to connect. Please reach out to Caitlin at hello@villateresahome.org.
